Domestic (US) Shipping Rates & Delivery Options
Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $55 USD(Free shipping will Use USPS First Class Package). We have four domestic (contiguous US states) shipping options:
First Class Package: Delivered by USPS. Transit time typically 3 to 7 business days including Processing time. Please refer to the detailed delivery time at checkout.
Parcel Select Ground: Delivered by USPS. Transit time typically 3 to 7 business days including Processing time. Please refer to the detailed delivery time at checkout.
Priority Mail: Delivered by USPS. Transit time typically 3 to 5 business days including Processing time. Please refer to the detailed delivery time at checkout.
Priority Mail Express: Delivered by USPS. Transit time typically 2 to 3 business days including Processing time. Please refer to the detailed delivery time at checkout.
FedEx Shipping: Transit time typically 1 business day (overnight FedEx) to 2 business days (2nd day FedEx). Please refer to the detailed delivery time at checkout.
*All orders received will be processed the following business day, Monday-Friday only (excluding holidays).
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do! We offer multiple shipping options for international orders, with a 30-day returns window.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We do ship to most countries. We ship to many countries that our US postal service ships to. You can calculate your shipping costs during checkout after placing your shipping address. Please note customs fees may be collected on product arrival by your country's customs.
How much will it cost to ship to my country?
It's easy to calculate your shipping cost. Once you have an item in your shopping bag, click 'Estimate Shipping' at the bottom of the page to select your country and calculate your approximate postage cost. These shipping rates are based on the carriers' standard fees and the total weight of the item(s) in your order.
Please note additional customs fees may be collected on product arrival by your country's customs.
What are your international shipping options?
USPS International:
Delivery typically takes between 7-14* business days worldwide once shipped from us. Please refer to the detailed delivery time at checkout.
This shipping option does include delivery status updates.
*Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times. Delays in customs can also increase the delivery time. Delay in paying customs fees on the customer end can also delay the shipment.
DHL International:
Delivery typically takes between 8-12* business days worldwide once shipped from US.
About 8-12 business days to Australia
About 8-12 business days to the UK
This shipping option does include delivery status updates.

FedEx International:
Delivery typically takes between 3-10* business days worldwide once shipped from us.
A delivery estimate will show once you select FedEx Shipping at Checkout.
This shipping option does include delivery status updates.

Due to the high shipping cost of International orders, we are not able to provide free shipping.
What about duties, customs, and additional fees?
Same with all other US companies, we ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (value-added taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.
International Returns Policy
International Returns Eligibility Window: To qualify for a return, items must be received back to Treehut within 30 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).
Packaging Requirements
Must be returned with the original packaging intact, otherwise, they are non-refundable:
Items not eligible for refund or store credit:
- Customized items or engraved items.
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
- Returns are received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
- Unwanted items -that have been opened can not be returned.
- that have not been opened can be returned it. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Undeliverable or packages returned to sender- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
